Product return & replacement rules:
Products (other than specified below) purchased from the company enjoy seven-day problem product replacement service.
If you find any problems in the product and need to replace it within seven days after receiving the goods, you can email to
Products that cannot be replaced:
1) The purchase period has been more than seven days.
2) The product has been opened or used (except for product deterioration).
3) The customer is sensitive to the purchased product (the customer is not suitable for the product).
4) The customer is not satisfied with the efficacy, color difference, size and color of the purchased product.
5) All personal items are not returned (eg stockings, pants, etc.)
6) Any discount or special offer that does not accept returns.
7) Any free gifts and trial gifts.
8) The person on the way to the mail is damaged (the company ensures that it has been inspected and provided in good condition before being sent).
The company guarantees that all products are genuine. If the customer suspects that the product may deteriorate and ask for a return, we will return the goods to the relevant manufacturer or agent for inspection and verification. The general processing time is 3-4 weeks.
